WHAT DOES PTSO STAND FOR?
PARENT TEACHER STUDENT ORGANIZATION!
“Everybody can be great…because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love”
Martin Luther King, Jr.
*You must be nominated to serve on the PTSO Board. You can nominate yourself or someone can do that for you. We will hold nominations at the May PTSO Board meeting.
If you are interested in either of the vacant Board positions, please click here or contact Nadine Gerber at firstname.lastname@example.org.

For the first time in the history of the PTSO, we are proud to announce we have added Student Representatives to our ranks. Student Representatives attend the monthly PTSO meetings and represent the McLane student body.
In 2019, two students were selected from a candidate pool of fourth and fifth graders. We were honored to have these outstanding McLane students as Student Representatives this year!
ALL PTSO Board positions are nominated every May and voted on in June at the monthly PTSO Board meetings which are held the second Monday of every month at 6:30pm in the cafeteria at McLane Elementary school. Childcare is provided and you can also access the meeting via Zoom if you wish to participate remotely. Access information to the Zoom meetings will be found here once available.
We look forward to seeing you there!
